This is a Desk Top Application for managing employee performance details for higher end Human Resource Needs.  Customer can download the entire software on purchase.  Here each employee will be allotted a 4 digit number, where each digit will indicates his performance level.  Based on their performance application will generate the performance graph, bar chart and rectangular charts.
